I have been going to Michele / Lumina Wellness for two months now for pressiopherapy sessions and would recommend her to anyone who is considering trying it out. They turned out a lot better than I had expected. The process is actually very relaxing, the space always smells beautiful and Michele makes you feel at ease.
I myself can see my swelling in my legs has gone down and I think I'm bloating a lot less frequently now.
She also has a new machine now, which feels like a lovely wave massage. She's very kind, attentive and helpful. Adapts each session around you and how your body is doing that day.
I also really appreciate her advise and subtle persuasion, thanks to which I have managed to reduce my salt intake too, by switching up some of my recipes to her recommendations.
I also had a full body massage here in July. Which was perfect, beautifully smelling oil, good pressure. Helped with my knots in the shoulders and I came away feeling very relaxed. Will definitely be trying more of her treatments in the future.
Michele has a real talent and passion for wellness and therapy and I've enjoyed every one of my treatments so far. Thank you !
